Where do you ship from?

We are an Australian company, based in metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia. We ship from our warehouse in Adelaide.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE regular shipping on all orders over $150.

Alternatively our standard rates are dependent on quantity of items (based on weight):

REGULAR SHIPPING (2-8 business days)
Under 500gm = $6.95 (approx. up to 2 items)
500gm - 1kg = $9.95 (approx. 2-4 items)
1kg - 3kg = $12.95 (approx. 4-12 items)
Over 3kg = $14.95 (over 12 items)

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-4 business days)
Under 500gm = $9.95 (approx. up to 2 items)
500gm - 1kg = $12.95 (approx. 2-4 items)
1kg - 3kg = $14.95 (approx. 4-12 items)
Over 3kg = $19.95 (over 12 items)

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this stage we are not shipping to international addresses.
If you are located internationally but have an Australian address we can ship to, we can certainly do that.

Do you ship to PO BOXES?

Yes, we certainly do (Australian PO BOXES only).

What delivery company do you use?

We use Australia Post, which has the widest network in Australia and we have found them to be very reliable and efficient with their tracking service.

How do I track my package?

When you have received your tracking number, please input your number into Australia Post’s tracking system, which can be found here: http://www.auspost.com.au/track

Which address will you ship to?

We will ship to the delivery address you have stated at checkout. Sometimes the address you have saved on your PayPal account is outdated without you knowing, so we will always ship to the delivery address you have stated at checkout. If you need to update the address please contact is as soon as possible. You can contact us by email to: info@glamourandgracebridal.com.au.

When will you dispatch my package?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours (on the next business day). If you place an order after 2PM AEST on a business day then your order will be processed the next business day. If you place an order on a public holiday or Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).

When will I receive my package?

REGULAR SHIPPING
Metropolitan SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS: approximately 3-5 business days
Regional SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS: approximately 5-8 business days
Metropolitan WA and NT: approximately 5-8 business days
Regional WA and NT: approximately 7-10 business days

Metropolitan SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS: approximately 1-2 business day
Regional SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS: approximately 2-3 business days
Metropolitan WA and NT: approximately 1-2 business days

During Easter, Christmas and New Year holiday period, please be patient and allow for more time due to public holidays. Delays are especially inevitable during Christmas season due to high volume of deliveries at Australia Post, so we highly recommend that you order early or purchase express post.

Please note: while we endeavour to do everything in our power to dispatch your item and ensure delivery of your item is as quick as possible, we have no control over Australia Post, nor can we predict when Australia Post may be experiencing unforeseen delays. How come you don't offer free shipping anymore?

We now offer free regular shipping on orders over $150. Yes, in the past we have offered free regular shipping as standard, but did you know since our launch back in 2014 we have NEVER upped our prices over the years, even during price hikes of materials, postage fees and general inflation - not once!
So with that said, we now charge a small shipping fee. But we still maintain our high quality standard of products, customer service and competitive pricing.
